Compliance and Code of Conduct
Our Mission
At Kramer Davis Health our mission is to provide individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) the most comprehensive, quality care through innovation, compassion, and integrity. We are health advocates and trusted partners where families and adults with IDD feel visible, heard, and empowered.
Our Vision
As a national clinic-based system, we aspire to be the leading destination for accessible and seamless transdisciplinary healthcare for people with IDD. Our model represents the future of healthcare, transforming the industry for the better.
Our Guiding Principles
These principles are the soul of our organization and serve as our compass:
- Acceptance: You will always be welcomed here.
- Equity: We deliver quality care for your entire health journey, regardless of need or complexity.
- Trust: We stand by your side, no matter the difficulty of the situation.
- Innovation: Our commitment to our patients keeps us at the forefront of our field.
- Advocacy: We will never stop fighting for you.
- Mentoring: It is our responsibility to teach others what we have learned.
A Culture of Integrity and Purpose
At Kramer Davis Health, our commitment to ethical conduct is a direct extension of our mission.
Our Code of Conduct is not a set of rules we follow because we must — it is a reflection of who we are. It guides how we treat one another, how we serve our patients, and how we remain accountable to the families and communities that trust us.
Our vision for seamless, transdisciplinary healthcare isn’t achievable without a foundation of trust, responsibility, and respect. That’s why our compliance program is grounded in the same values that drive our clinical work:
- Acceptance in every interaction
- Equity across all care experiences
- Trust in relationships and decisions
- Innovation in solutions and problem-solving
- Advocacy for every individual’s voice
- Mentoring through shared knowledge and growth
These are more than just principles — they are the standard we hold ourselves to in everything we do.
By maintaining a culture of integrity and transparency, we not only meet our obligations as a healthcare organization, but we fulfill our deeper promise: to be a place where people with IDD feel visible, heard, and empowered.
