The most significant learning takes place in the Kramer Davis interdisciplinary clinic, not in the classroom. Furthermore, the most effective mentoring is provided by those doctors and therapists with rich clinical experience in their respective disciplines. The clinic experience provides students and residents with a wealth of educational resources developed at multiple levels of instruction, from predoctoral to postgraduate, and offers a cadre of experienced mentors, who are ready and willing to share their expertise. Multiple interdisciplinary teaching programs are developed for on-site clinical instruction by these clinician experts.
